Meet Gabriella Elise Giorgio
I identify as a neurodivergent person with an understanding that our identities are multifaceted and complex. As a mother in her mid 30s to a toddler, I have been challenged with the task of reparenting myself as an adult. I am a sober woman who has experienced attachment wounds, so I am keenly aware of how a person can seek escape or engage in codependent behaviors in ways that feel unmanageable and ultimately perpetuate feelings of loneliness.
With a non-pathological and a relational approach, I help people heal from childhood trauma so that they may feel safe in their relationships and in their bodies. Clients describe me as authentic, direct, and grounded.
I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #140682, supervised by Sharon Yu, LMFT #50028. Trained in the Gottman Method of couples therapy and Internal Family Systems (Level 1 in progress), I support individuals and partners in engaging in constructive conflict, deepening friendship and intimacy, and enhancing the shared meaning of their lives.
