  • Each session is usually 50min-53min. We do offer 75-90-minute sessions per request.

  • This is person-specific, but we generally see people reaching their initial goals within 3 months after attending weekly therapy sessions. Most of our clients stay on for an average of 9-12 months, with some staying for 2-3 years, wanting to deepen and expand their original goals.

  • We recommend starting with weekly sessions before tapering out to less frequent sessions, such as biweekly. Our clients succeed most when they can build that momentum early in therapy. We don't see clients who can only come in once every 3 weeks or once a month. We reserve those spots for those transitioning out of therapy after successfully reaching their therapy goals.

  • With many of our clients being medical professionals or working in the entertainment industry, we can accommodate week-to-week scheduling as long as we can find an alternate time that works. We just won't be able to reserve a set time for those with floating schedules.

  • Our rate for an associate/pre-licensed therapist is $165-$185 per session.

Our rate for a licensed therapist is $190-$250 per session.

Sliding scales are offered per request and on a time-limited basis. All our therapists are graduate-level educated with post-degree training in trauma-informed modalities such as IFS, CBT, Gottman Method, and EFT.

  • Some of our therapists can bill Aetna and Cigna directly, meaning therapy with them should be covered if you have either insurance. It is up to you to verify your mental health benefits before starting therapy and keep your therapist informed of any changes in coverage. For those who have and would like to use their PPO or out-of-network benefits, you can use our practice's benefits checker here to see what your coverage is.

  • We have in-person sessions at our office in Highland Park, Los Angeles, and provide virtual sessions for those residing anywhere in California.
